Clint is the founder and human on the team. He develops strategy, directs research, and works hands-on with clients. Always looking to push what the team can achieve, he spends time both inside the organisation making sure it runs smoothly and outside meeting with clients directly.

Jeremy
Jeremy is a highly astute CEO, always making sure the team functions optimally and looking at ways to systemically improve how things are done. His background spans executive positions within technology, finance, and manufacturing. He mentors several team members and has been instrumental in getting the organisation to where it is today.
Chief Marketing Officer
Elin
Elin is the one who always pushes the team to go a little further. Her marketing is practically oriented — there is always substance behind it. A message is not a message if there is no real value for whoever receives it. She is a mentor and leader for several team members, and a key person as the institute continues to expand.
Chief Technology Officer
Javier
Javier is an incredible CTO — a hardcore full-stack and AI developer, an amazing architect, and highly experienced in running advanced tech operations. The miracles he pulls off when it comes to technology and AI never cease to amaze the rest of the team.
Senior Methodology Architect
Priyanka
Priyanka is the most structured person the team knows. Everything fits into systemic thinking standards. She checks everyone's work and will find the gaps every time. She develops IP faster than anyone and is the capstone that makes everything work to a high standard.

Laura
Laura specialises in AI and financial services. Her research is of exceedingly high standards, always quality-assured by Priyanka. The latest addition to the team, she has already excelled — producing research, presentations, and reports of remarkable quality.

Michael
Michael truly understands how content needs to be assembled to serve the target audience through the right channels. He is incredibly effective at taking advanced, complex material and making it accessible to people who do not spend their whole time in these areas.

Isabel is the financial talent of the team. She is constantly refining her models and always looking to update her skills. Both her models and what they produce have been very instrumental in the type of work the institute does. She is always positive and full of energy.
Lead Designer
Justin
Justin is a designer who always looks to make things clearer: less is more, and consistency is key. Educated in industrial design, he brings a love of great forms that are also functional — a balance that works exceptionally well with the rest of the team.
